Pathway Connect
Pathway Connect is a one-stop source of job postings in our area, available through COWIB’s JobFit website. Updated daily, Pathway Connect includes information from all identifiable job postings in the COWIB service area. Businesses who do not have their job openings posted online may register to manually enter positions at no cost.
Jobseekers may set search parameters for positions of interest and then save the search parameters. They can also create an “agent” which will use his/her saved search pattern(s) to check all new listings every night and send a message if there is one that fits the agent/search parameters. Jobseekers can save multiple search patterns and agents if they are interested in different positions.
